So, in my endeavors to try and cook something I've never had before I decided to try pork belly buns. When I googled that I saw several references to David Chang and a place called Momofuku. I finally decided on this recipe http://www.zencancook.com/2009/10/pork-belly-buns/ and man were these puppies delicious. They were really easy to put together. You do have to marinate the meat overnight so some planning is required. I wish I had taken more pictures of the whole process, but being a new recipe to me I was trying to focus. I made a wonderful fried rice to go with them. The buns are so light and airy. I kinda want to make them for my 4th of July pulled pork. Anyway, thanks for looking. Have any of you ever been to that restaurant or have any of David Chang's cookbooks?
