It's been agreed upon that our next Supper Club event will be after everyone has (hopefully) finished that nasty task of filling out endless forms and (with any luck) getting your annual refund from the Infernal Revenuers. Mark your calendars for Saturday, April 27th!!
It was suggested that we do bruschetta and consomme. If you want to go the extra step, make your own french or Italian bread for your brushetta and then the sky is the limit on topping possibilities! And we're going to make a class-A consomme using the egg white raft to remove the fat and sediment from whatever type consomme you want to try. I'm really leaning towards the duck consomme myself.
Thus far we have Bon, Squirrel and Motzi. The more the merrier so clear your social calendar and be ready to make these two absolutely scrumptious dishes!
