Uggggg.... I never thought I would be trying to work on GF recipes, but a customer just informed me he had lots of allergy tests done and he needs me to cook gluten free for him. Not that difficult if I stick to veggies and meats, but this guy loves his baked goods. I know it can be done and I think it may be a good avenue for me to head down. Everything happens for a reason, so off I go to investigate and test recipes. If any of you have suggestions please let me know!!!!
