Let's talk lamb. What are the best ways to cook it? Roast with garlic and rosemary? Other treatments? Which cuts?
The best lamb I've had thus far was roasted on a spit at a Serbian picnic. Today we visited the Serbian Orthodox church and the lunch afterwards featured shepherd's pie made with lamb instead of ground beef. It was outstanding, even though I'm pretty sure the mashed potatoes on top were from a box. Still good!
So what's your lamb cooking experience? I'm vowing to use more of it in the coming year, so help me out!
