Ok, we've never had this one, as far as I can tell. We always bunch the whole thing up into other threads, so here goes.
First, I want to nominate Zyn's creamed spinach dish, but that's already in the recipe archive thread.
Second, I love polenta, grits and all other things warm a mushy, especially if it has lots of cheese. I haven't tried it out yet but I will be as soon as my new bag of mail order stone ground grit meal shows up. Go figure that living as far South as you can get, I still have to mail order course grit meal?
